Iliad 21/22, a one-man show where acclaimed Montreal actor/director/writer Paul Van Dyck performs the climax of the Iliad: Achilles’ battle with the river, and the final showdown between Achilles and the Trojan warrior Hektor. 45 intense minutes filled with battle-fury and death that asks us all to re-think what it means to be alive.

A workshop reading of Iliad 21/22 took place at the Freestanding Room on 24 January, 2014. Workshop performances took place at Thomson House on May 7, 2014 and the Freestanding Room, on May 14, 2014.

Euripides’ Hippolytos, translated and directed by Carina de Klerk and Lynn Kozak, starring Johanna Nutter, Diana Fajrajsl, Lindsay Wilson, Donovan Reiter, Antonio Bavaro (as Connie Lingua), Aaron Golish, Lewis Innes-Miller, Elisabeth Gill. Stage managed by Elizabeth Ten-Hove, tech direction by Negar Banakar. Performed at Le Gymnase as part of the 2012 Montreal Off-Fringe. Nominated for a Mainline Theatre Next Stage Award, and awarded a ‘Brawler’ (Honourable Mention) for the Centaur Theatre Best English Production Award.
